the location was perfect. We were able to explore the city easily and visit popular attractions without any hassle. the room wasnice and neat, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met.
there was a leakage in our room when it rained, which caused some electrical problems and woke us up early in the morning.

As old people, we loved the convenient location near the metro station and easy access to popular attractions like the Galata Tower and Istiklal. The area is lively with plenty of bars and restaurants for us to enjoy. The hotel's deluxe suite was spacious and modern, providing us with a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any information we needed. The hotel also had a spa area and pool, which were clean and peaceful. The BigChefs restaurant on-site offered a variety of delicious international meals. we had a great time and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere around us.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision! The location is perfect, very close to the subway station and the rail system. You can easily reach anywhere in the city from here. Our room was spacious and modern, and we had a balcony with an amazing view. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. We loved the breakfast served a la carte style, and there were many options to choose from.
The sound isolation in the room was not very good and we could hear outside noises.

In front of the metro station, very convenient for transportation. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool, gym, and Turkish bath. The room is always clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, close to everything and in a great area for walking.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. This venue is perfectly situated amid a busy nightlife scene and just a walk away from a famous tower. The staff here is professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Moreover, the service, including room service and car hire was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed their continental breakfast, buffet dinner, and the special diet menus. Additionally, this hotel has a leisure spa and wellness center, which offers treatments such as body scrubs, massages, and Turkish baths. The soundproofed rooms with parquet floors, in-room safe, and in-room air conditioning were truly impressive.
I definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting this place.
